My passion for aviation and the trust placed in me by Astonfly enabled me to achieve the position of Chief Flight Instructor at France's largest airline pilot training school in just three years. My enthusiasm for managing innovative projects drives my career forward. In this role, I have played a key part in the school's digital transformation. Paper usage for flight preparation has become obsolete, the school is fully EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) compliant, and English is now pervasive in flight operations, documentation, and internal communications.

Together with my colleagues, we have developed strategic partnerships with airlines and designed a unique program allowing students to become instructors after their training.

In 2023, I expanded my expertise by founding MTAviation, a luxury aviation concierge service, showcasing my enduring passion for aviation. This entrepreneurial venture was further enriched in 2024 with the co-founding of SafeFlat, a startup specialising in Real Estate Tech.
